Internship Opportunities:
North Georgia Zoo/Wildlife Wonders has a nationally known internship program.   For more information and to apply.  Click on internship description.  Then click on the application.   Fill the application.   Email the application back to Hope@wildlifewonders.org.     Internship starts at different times.   We have 3 month and 6 month internships that start each season Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall.

Job Opportunities

General Maintainance:  Part Time to Full time.  Looking for a person who is self sufficient to do  projects around the Zoo.   This includes painting, minor repairs, weed wacking  tractor work etc.

General Contractor:
  Looking for a contractor who is willing to give significant discount on jobs done for the zoo in exchange for promotion.  Looking for someone that can build enclosures/ alligator/otter concrete pond and shelters.


 Zookeeper / Outreach/ Animal Presenter:
Experience with Animal Care and Public speaking required.  

Visitor Experience/ Opening coordinator:  Good with people, able to multitask and coordinate volunteers and interns.

** Please do not inquire unless you have some experience in the areas you are applying.  If you have no experience and would like to gain experience we recommend our internship and volunteering.  We always prefer to hire from interns and volunteers when possible.

SEASONAL HELP IS HIRED in the spring. 
Will  be taking  applications in Febuary 2013.  
We will be looking for outgoing, trainable, reliable staff that can multitask, does well with the public.  Areas included:  Tour guides,  alternate zookeeper,  outreach programs, petting zoo assistant, ticket booth.  Management, animal care and retail experience a plus.
