Animal Encounters
Prices do not include Zoo Admission. Admission is required for all encounters. Prices only available when booked during a regularly scheduled time. Check our schedule for dates. These encounters are great for children and animal lovers alike! To ensure availability we recommend reserving in advance. Most encounters are for ages 8 and up. However we do have a few child safe encounters geared towards children. Those will be marked with an * All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be aware some of these encounters are seasonal and only available for certain times of the year. |

Can be purchased day of at ticket booth, please arrive early to insure availability. Feed the friendly camels! No spitting here! Take a wagon ride up to the ridge and view even more animals as your guide tells you all about them. Animals include: Water buffalo, Yak, Highlander Cows and Camels! The highlight of course is getting off the wagon and visiting with our friendly and famous camels! Owl & Friends $54+ Admission

Young Otter Encounter $75+ Admission (Currently not available)
15-20 minute experience with 1-2 otter pups. You will interact, play, and learn about their natural behaviors while they greet you and play with their toys. A hands on experience like no otter! Age Requirements: 12 years or older Capybara & Friends $54+ Admission
45 min encounter. Are you ready to fall in love with one of the gentle giants of the animal kingdom? Our Capybara and Friends encounter is going to have you falling in love with animals you never imagined. On this encounter you will get to meet our amazing Capybaras and along the way you will also get to meet some of their South American friends! $54+ Admission 45-minute encounter where you will meet our baby Zebra and his friends, which may include Warthog and her Basset Hound companion, Bison or others. Learn, Experience and Interact!
