Come have fun learning theatre and studying animals!
In Jungle Book camp, students will learn several aspects of theatre including improvisation, acting, and set design. Each day, the students will study a different group of animals at the North Georgia Wildlife Park (wolves, wildcats, snakes, and Safari animals) and spend time in the petting zoo.
Students will perform a short snippet of Kipling's The Jungle Book for parents and friends on the last day of camp, Thursday, June 19.
$150 includes camp and costume shirt and all animal experiences (Due May 16)

About the Camp Director: Kate McElliott is the Musical Theatre Director for Mill Springs Academy in Alpharetta, GA. For the past 16 years, she has worked there teaching theatre and music classes to grades 1-12 and directing musicals and plays for all ages. She volunteers at the Holly Theatre and has taught many years of summer camps there and at other theatres as well. She has her Bachelors in Performance and Masters in Special Education. Kate and her family have volunteered at The North Georgia Wildlife Park for many years and she previously volunteered to direct plays and musicals there for charity fundraisers. She lives in Dahlonega with her husband and five kids.
What to Bring:
