Calling all Scarecrows!!!!
Now is the time to plan your scarecrow;  Reserve your scarecrow spot!  Scarecrows make great advertising for businesses or non-profits, and a fun project for church, school groups or individuals.  Make your scarecrow with a theme in mind!  We’re looking for crows’ representing  everything from vets, doctors, storybook characters, Bible characters, race car, football, baseball from real life to fairytale!  Scarecrows will be on display throughout  the zoo  during September and October as part of our Fall Festival.

PUMPKIN FEST:

Join us for the month of October for all kinds of fun filled activities.This is a great time to bring your group out and experience a variety of activities from: hayrides,  wool jump, scavenger hunt,  hay maze and more.We recommend you reserve a group tour time so we can best accommodate your group and give you the best experience. Groups will enjoy guided wildlife walks, feeding and petting over 100 rare and unique farm animals, farm demonstrations, hay maze,  pumpkin patch and more.  Activities are customized to the age of the participants and size of group.  Call our office today to go over all the different options you have for your group and reserve your tour today.

1st and 2nd weekend in November!
So what to do with all the left over pumpkins?  Feed them to the animals of course!  they are nutritious and great enrichment! Join us as we toss them to the water buffalo,  cougar bowl with hers and much more!  Help us throw, smash and create enrichment from pumpkins!
