What to know before your animal experience

Animal Experience Options
Animal Experiences
  • Admission is required for all experiences
  • There may be other participants on your experience, unless you have booked a private experience through our office
  • Hands-on,  Interactive and  up close! One of a Kind of Experiences!
  • Minimum age of 8 on most options. Ages 8-11, an adult is required to pay & participate for the safety of the child(ren) and animals. Ages 12 and older do not require an adult to participate, but recommended to share the experience!
  • Most experiences are for ages 8 and up.  However we do have a few child safe options, those will be marked with an *
  • Those wanting to view/ attend  but not participate will be asked to pay 50% of the  Experience Price.

We are committed to making your experience a fun and safe experience for you and our animals. To help us better serve you, please notify us of any illnesses, limitations or disabilities

Reservations are recommended.  We do have other activities that you can sign up for while waiting. Experiences are based on staff availability. May not be available every day we are open.


Dress Code for all  Experiences
  • Please wear long pants (only applies to Wolf, Otter & Cougar)
  •    Closed toed shoes (tennis shoes or boots)ankles and feet need to be fully covered (no exposed skin)
  •    No jewelry, watches or bracelets
  •  No loose clothing
  •  No strong perfume / cologne
  •  Leave tobacco products in vehicle
  •  Long hair tied up
  •    No Selfie Sticks
  • Otter Splash-Torso area must me covered
**Wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty

NOTICE! The time of an animal experience may need to be adjusted or delayed when an animal has become overstimulated or needs rest or playtime. If you schedule an experience, please be patient. Animals do not understand human schedules. We always put the well-being of our animals first. Due to an animal’s age or its temperament at the time of an experience, we cannot guarantee that on any experience you will be able to hold the animal. With patience, we will give you the best experience possible and assure the well-being of our animals. For the Safety of the guest and animals all guest will have to sanitize before and after each experience.
